Ukrainian Soldiers Accused of Kidnapping and Murdering Two Brothers

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed the arrest of another suspect in an investigation where Ukrainian soldiers are accused of kidnapping and murdering two brothers. The total number of detainees has now reached ten, including a brigade commander.
