UN Rapporteur Reports Over 4,000 Political Prisoners in Russia

The UN Special Rapporteur for Human Rights in Russia, Mariana Katzarova, reported to the European Parliament that there are over 4,000 political prisoners in Russia, with more than 1,200 declared 'foreign agents'.
