France must fully include Kanaks in New Caledonia reforms, says UN watchdog

The UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination urged Paris to ensure that any changes concerning the Pacific territory's self-determination process should be done with effective, transparent and good-faith consultations with Indigenous representatives.
