University of Belgrade Slips in Shanghai Rankings, Blame Assigned

The University of Belgrade has fallen in the latest Shanghai Rankings, with government officials attributing the decline to blockades while faculty members cite years of neglect. An academic plenum also stated that the ranking does not measure the political suitability of the rector.
