US Citizen Juan Carlos Valencia Crowned New Leader of Jalisco New Generation Cartel

Washington has identified Juan Carlos Valencia, a US citizen and stepson of 'El Mencho,' as the new leader of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel. The National Counterterrorism Center states Valencia is Nemesio Oseguera’s successor and now heads an organization generating $1 billion annually from drug trafficking.
