US Firm Kyndryl Abandons Acquisition Bid for Dutch DigiD Operator Solvinity

American IT services company Kyndryl has withdrawn its proposed takeover of Solvinity, the Amsterdam-based provider responsible for hosting the Netherlands' DigiD digital identity system.
