US Treasury eliminates Corporate Transparency Act reporting for businesses
The U.S. Treasury has issued a final rule that eliminates reporting requirements for U.S. companies and individuals under the Corporate Transparency Act. The act itself remains in effect, but the reporting obligations are removed.
