US universities urge foreign students to return from overseas before 4-year visa limit takes effect

Universities across the U.S. are advising international students on travel and visa issues, with some urging F-1 and J-1 visa holders to return from overseas before sweeping U.S. immigration changes take effect on Sept. 15.
