Victim loses US$3.8 million in deepfake Zoom scam impersonating Singapore PM
The Singapore Police Force obtained footage of an AI-generated Zoom video conference used in a scam where a victim lost US$3.8 million after being targeted by impersonators of senior government officials, including Prime Minister Lawrence Wong.
