Video Shows Driver's State Before Ban-etsu Expressway Bus Accident

In a bus accident on the Ban-etsu Expressway in Fukushima Prefecture, where high school students on an expedition were killed or injured, video footage taken by students inside the bus showed the driver's condition just before the crash. Investigators found no evidence of the driver attempting to avoid the accident.
