Vietnamese Resident Becomes First Foreign Volunteer Firefighter in Toyama, Japan

Huynh Huu Qui, a Vietnamese resident in Toyama, Japan, has become the city's first foreign volunteer fire corps member. He hopes to inspire other compatriots to serve their local communities.
