Vietnam's Hai Phong to Build $147M Bridge and Road
Vietnam's port city Hai Phong has approved a VND3.858 trillion (US$147 million) project to construct a six-lane bridge and 4.2-km road, aiming to connect its center to the undeveloped southern coastline and reshape the city's urban geography.
