Iako je policija direktno pod komandom predsednika Socijalističke partije Srbije Ivice Dačića, koji obavlja funkciju ministra unutrašnjih poslova, tokom svih godina snažnih protesta građanki i građana i pokušaja gušenja tog bunta od strane policije, gotovo da niko takav slučaj i odgovornost ne pripisuje onome ko je nadležan, već Aleksandru Vučiću, predsedniku Srbije.
