Warsaw Residents Report Over 1500 Complaints About Persistent Odor

Residents of Bielany, a district in Warsaw, have filed over 1500 complaints regarding a persistent and bothersome odor since June. The mayor of Bielany, Grzegorz Pietruczuk, described the scale of the phenomenon as 'enormous'.
