Watchdog Investigates Police Over Bristol Explosives Homicide

A watchdog is investigating the Avon and Somerset police's contact with a woman and her ex-partner, who both died in an explosion in Bristol on May 3, after the former partner forced his way into a house with explosives.

Avon and Somerset police’s contact with Jo Shaw and ex-partner to be scrutinised after pair died in explosion on 3 May The death of a woman killed after her former partner forced his way into a house in Bristol with explosives is to be investigated by the police watchdog.
