Weapon Cache Near Berlin: Minister Doesn't Rule Out Foreign Involvement

Following the discovery of a weapon cache in a forest near Berlin and the arrest of a suspect in Romania, a minister has stated that the involvement of 'foreign powers' cannot be ruled out.
