White House Seeks New Prosecution in Reflecting Pool Case

The White House has asked the Department of Justice to consider a new misdemeanor prosecution in the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool case, following prosecutors' move to drop felony charges against Olympic canoeist David Hearn.
