Wontumi to Appeal Illegal Mining Conviction

Bernard Antwi Boasiako, also known as Wontumi, plans to appeal his conviction related to illegal mining next week and will seek bail pending the appeal. His lawyer, Atta Akyea, stated that Wontumi should not be made a scapegoat to deter illegal mining.
