World Oceans Reach Record High Temperature of 21.1 Degrees Celsius

Global ocean surface temperatures have reached an unprecedented daily average of 21.1 degrees Celsius, surpassing previous records. This new high, confirmed by the EU's Copernicus Climate Change Service, is attributed to ongoing climate change and the developing El Niño phenomenon.
