Wreck of USS Tampa, Deadliest US Naval Loss of WWI, Discovered

The U.S. Coast Guard announced the discovery of the cutter Tampa, whose 1918 torpedoing by a German U-boat represented the deadliest U.S. naval loss of World War I, more than a century after it was lost with all hands.
