'Junge Freiheit' Sues Lower Saxony Over Extremism Listing
The magazine "Junge Freiheit" is taking legal action against the German state of Lower Saxony concerning an entry on the website of a state-funded program for exiting right-wing extremism. The Ministry of Justice has since hidden the criticized section but has not deleted it.
