Zagreb City Blames Human Interference for Recurring Escalator Failures at Importanne Center

After operating normally for nearly two years, escalators connecting the Importanne shopping center and main train station have stopped again, with municipal officials stating the issue stems from someone manually triggering a safety lock rather than mechanical failure.
