Zelensky: Drapatyi and Khmara must work together to close skies and reform recruitment centers

Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Mykhailo Drapatyi and Acting Defense Minister Yevhenii Khmara will have to work together to accomplish two key tasks: strengthening air defense and reforming military recruitment centers (TRCs).
