ZUS Pursues Grandchildren for Grandparents' Debts, WSA Orders Review

The Supreme Administrative Court (WSA) has returned a case to ZUS, stating that inherited debts, including social security contributions, combined with the heirs' age, health, and financial problems, must be considered when reviewing requests for debt cancellation.
