The World Health Organization has commended Spain's effective management of hantavirus repatriation efforts, stating that further spread of the virus can be effectively contained.

The ministry has announced that all tests conducted so far on individuals under observation for Hantavirus have returned negative results. This indicates no confirmed cases among those initially monitored.
