Survey Reveals Widespread Poor Sleep and Anxiety Among Students

A survey of 11,000 students found that nearly two-thirds experience poor sleep and 13% report feeling anxious, conditions that can worsen addictions. The findings also indicated an increase in analgesic use and less open communication with family and friends among students.
