Poland to Shift More Cases to Regional Courts to Expedite Verdicts

The Polish Ministry of Justice is working on reforms to the judicial system, increasing the value threshold for cases heard by regional courts to 150,000 PLN, aiming to streamline the increasingly inefficient district courts.
