Japan's LDP Proposes GPS Tracking for Stalkers
A Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) research committee has submitted an urgent proposal to Prime Minister Takaichi, recommending the use of GPS devices for stalkers issued with prohibition orders and a system to notify victims when a perpetrator approaches.
