Two Hikers Hospitalized After Lightning Strike in French Pyrénées
Two hikers, aged 14 and 21, were hospitalized after being struck by lightning in the Hautes-Pyrénées region of France. They were part of a group of 15 people at 2700 meters altitude near the Hourquette d’Ossoue pass and were rescued by mountain gendarmerie.
