Japanese Police Arrest Two for Wagon Theft, Uncover Ring Suspected of Over 300 Thefts
Police in Japan have arrested two individuals in Yokohama for stealing popular domestic wagons and also apprehended yard operators in Ibaraki suspected of receiving the stolen vehicles. Authorities believe the organized ring is responsible for over 300 thefts in the Kanto region and illegal exports.
