Intoxicated Teenager Causes E-Wheelchair Accident in Bavaria
Police in Burgebrach, Bavaria, are investigating a 17-year-old who caused an accident while driving an electric wheelchair with a blood alcohol level of nearly three per mille. A 72-year-old was also reportedly involved in a similar incident.
