Carlos Westendorp, Former Spanish Foreign Minister and BiH High Representative, Dies at 89

Carlos Westendorp, who served as Spain's Foreign Minister and as the High Representative of the international community in Bosnia and Herzegovina, has died at the age of 89. He was known for his diplomatic work, including imposing the design of the BiH flag and protecting Milorad Dodik from removal.
