Gazprom Romania Sold, Including 19 Gas Stations

Naftna Industrija Srbije (NIS), Serbia's largest oil company indirectly controlled by Russia through Gazprom and Gazpromneft, has finalized an agreement to sell its Romanian subsidiary, NIS Petrol, which includes a network of 19 gas stations.
