Leukemia Patient Dies, No Record of Drug Administration; Possibility of Incident or Accident
At the Saitama Children's Medical Center in Saitama City, a teenage patient undergoing leukemia treatment has died, and two patients, one under 10 and another in their teens, are unconscious. The hospital has contacted the police and is investigating the detailed circumstances after it was discovered that the drug detected from the three patients was different from the anticancer drug originally intended for use, and there were no records of its administration.
