NBI Finds Army General Recruited Bodyguards for Zaldy Co

The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) has identified a retired general who allegedly recruited 103 people, including 18 alleged former Marines, to serve as security aides for former congressman Zaldy Co, adding a new twist to a corruption story.
